Grazie Guys~!
On this early Vesak Day morning, I would like to thank Mas, Loon-ge and other guys for showing concern on that day I bonked badly after my crazy try of a hot afternoon run~
Been reading up on proper training nutrition and hydration... 2 weeks to the SunDown, better late than never~! Now I water parade myself with 2 bottles full of water every night before bed, and one bottle in the morning, army style!

Never to try again~
Reading Lance Armstrong's autobiography again, second time already... He used to make the same mistake as me too, going to races without any preparation, and racing without prior planning and strategies... Comforting to know even the 7-time TDF champ made the same mistakes haha~!
Mother's Day dinner at IMM, fish head curry at Red Ginger... Good Good Good~!!

Exams are over~!!! *Part II*
The dead stillness of the vacation days are starting to get to me... Boredom is settling in like unstirred Milo... 23 days to Sun Down Marathon... Run Kelvin Run~!
Spent good part of a day's work trying to format my lappy, and then some crap problem cropped up with the Windows Updater... So lucky that my lappy came with Symantac Ghost preloaded, made things so much easier... Should be worth it because now my lappy is back to feeling like an Intel again rather than feeling weighed down by unseen iron plates within the inner cogs of the processor~
Steamy setting, with 5 other guys and one more guy clad in iron... no... advanced high strength titanium alloy... armour hahas~

Marathon Training Day No. 1~

Did my usual Sunday mountain bike route, from my place to Bukit Timah Hill, one round of the mountain bike trail, and back home - an estimated 15km including the rough 6.7km forest trail. It was tough enough doing this loop on a bike, now I'm doing it on pure leg-power~
Due to a lack of former preparation - lack of adequate carbo loading and hydration, I only lasted about 3/4 of the run... My way back home was pure torture with chills and goosebumps due to low blood sugar I think... Good thing is I now know that my legs and stamina are in great condition, although my back still couldn't take the rough BT downslopes at any speed above walking pace... Still it was pretty good fun~
At least now I know how to prepare properly before long runs the next time round~!

Midnite Slow Jog
Bloody having a sore back now... Probably accumulated after all the sitting during the last 3 weeks of studying... Surfaced during the past week, while studying for Ms3030~
Stinks, because I had planned to start my marathon training immediately after exams and now this... Went for a slow jog just now, and survived it. Did about 5km pretty comfortably, but found that I couldn't open up my stride or do any fast running at all. Worrying.
Saw many drunk people, young and old, lying on the park and bus stop benches. Wasting away their lives. Bringing shame to their families and loved ones. Losers.
